When Adam’s Not Watching Sports, He’s . . .

Movies I recently saw in the theatre...I have been on a great run of good movies (until it ended with The Hobbit). Leading the way was Ben Affleck in Argo, an amazing movie about the Iran Hostage Crisis. Jack Reacher with Tom Cruise was also a really good flick. I especially liked it because it is based on a book by Lee Child (my favorite author). Denzell Washington was great in Flight, and Silver Linings Playbook may be the best under-the- radar movie I have seen in years. Movies I want to see...A trio of action movies with old action stars...The Last Stand with Arnold Schwarzenegger...Bullet to the Head with Sylvester Stallone and A Good Day to Die Hard with Bruce Willis. What am I reading? The Poacher’s Son by Paul Doiron. What am I watching on TV? Some of my favorites just kicked off their latest season...Shameless, Justified and Real Time. I am also enjoying a couple of new shows...Ripper Street on BBC and a new comedy on FX called Legit!
